Dear Parents/Guardians,

The staff of I.S. 281 are proud to extend a warm welcome back to all of our Cavallaro families. On Thursday, September 22, 2022, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, we welcome you to join us for a Parent Meet and Greet.
The teaching staff of Cavallaro will present an informative evening to the families of our students, where they will introduce themselves and give you an overview of the learning expectations and objectives of the 2022-2023 school year in their respective subject. We are very excited to have the chance to meet our incoming 6th grade families and welcome back our 7th and 8th grade families. We will offer you the opportunity to take part in a virtual visit with each of your child’s teachers.

As per the DOE, all conferences will be held virtually, either over the phone or through a Zoom/Google Meets video session. Scheduling of appointments will be done using Calendly or a Google Form posted in your child’s Google Classroom for each of their teachers. You MUST follow the link posted and fill out the form to schedule your appointment and secure a spot.
